Sarah Sporski, FNP
Owner / Chief Medical Officer
Sarah Sporski, MSN, FNP-BC, RNFA is an ANCC Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Critical Care and Thoracic Surgery. She completed her master’s degree at D’Youville University in Buffalo, NY and completed a Registered Nurse First Assist program at the University of Rochester. She has over a decade of experience in the critical care setting and four years specializing in med-evac as a flight RN/NP and holds her Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certifications.

Daren Sporski
Co-Founder / Chief Operations Officer
Daren holds a Bachelor's Degree from Canisius College and is a currently a professional Firefighter with the Buffalo Fire Department. Prior to his time serving the citizens of Buffalo, he worked for Rural Metro Ambulance and is well versed in the administration of prehospital medicine. With over a decade of experience in the field, Daren has seen first hand, the beneficial effect that certain IV administrations can have on an individual.

Chelsea
Infusion Specialist - RN, BSN
Chelsea is a Registered Nurse licensed to practice in multiple states, including New York and Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2009 and her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2011, both from D’Youville College. With 14 years of nursing experience, spending the last 10.5 years as a travel nurse in various clinical settings - including critical care, peri-operative, and pediatrics - she is excited to join the 716 Mobile IV team to provide hydration and vitamin therapies with a holistic approach.

Hayley
Infusion Specialist - RN, BSN
Hayley is a highly skilled critical care nurse who specializes in treating patients in the Burn Treatment Unit. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from D'Youville College in 2021 and is an expert in providing advanced care to patients with burns. In addition to her specialized training, Hayley is also certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support, enabling her to deliver comprehensive care to patients in critical situations. Her passion for patient care and expertise make her an integral member of the 716 Mobile IV team.

Katherine
Infusion Specialist - RN, BSN
Katherine graduated with her BSN from St. John Fisher College in 2018. She is highly skilled in various nursing fields, including oncology, critical care, and emergency medicine. She is certified in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. She recently moved back to the Buffalo area and is excited to provide vitamin and hydration support to the community.

Renee
Infusion Specialist - RN, MSN, CMSRN
is a highly skilled registered nurse who has specialized in oncology nursing for 17+ years. She received her bachelor of science degree in nursing from Trocaire College and a Masters of science Degree in nursing from Western Governors University. She is certified in basic life support and advanced cardiac life support. Renee has personally received vitamin and hydration therapy multiple times, is extremely passionate of the benefits it provides and is excited to be able to share those benefits with the community!

Kristin holds her BSN and has been a nurse for almost 30 years. The last 17 of them have been working in the oncology field. She is excited to help people feel their best with the IV Vitamin and Hydration therapy that 716 Mobile IV has to offer the community.
