For same day appointments, it is best to call prior to/after booking online to confirm availability. Due to the varying locations of our staff and/or other last minute appointments, the online availability may not accurately be reflected. Same day appointments are not guaranteed.

When booking a group appointment online, the group organizer will need to provide a name, phone number, and valid email address for the other members of your party. They will be sent an email with a unique appointment booking link confirming the appointment and will have to complete the appropriate intake forms in order to receive any of our services.

A valid credit card will be taken and charged $25 to hold the appointment at the time of booking. In the event of a late cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, the $25 reservation hold fee will not be refunded. In the event of an in person cancellation or “no-show” (within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment), the full service fee will be applied. For cancellation greater than 24 hours from the appointment, the $25 reservation fee will be refunded.

A valid photo ID is required at the time of booking. This will be checked prior to your IV Therapy to verify age and identity. If proper ID is not presented, service will be terminated and be subject to the cancellation policy.

1) One of our trained RN’s will arrive at your desired location at the scheduled appointment time.

2) The nurse will then review any intake forms, obtain consent, and process payment for your IV Therapy.

3) Your nurse will administer your IV Therapy. It will take approximately 45 minutes for your IV Therapy to be completed. At this time, the nurse will clean up any supplies and leave you feeling refreshed!

Yes! IV Therapy is largely safe and effective in treating various conditions. However, anytime the skin barrier is disrupted, there is some level of inherent risk. Let us assure you that all safety and hygiene procedures are strictly followed in order to make your experience as safe as possible.

No one likes needles, but our trained RN’s are excellent in establishing IV access. Most people describe the insertion of an IV as a “quick pinch”. Some site bruising may occur afterward, but will typically resolve within a couple days.

Only those age 18 and over can receive services from 716 Mobile IV.

In certain instances, prior health concerns or conditions may disqualify you from from receiving IV Therapy or certain medications and/or vitamin supplements. When singing up for an appointment, you’ll see a list of the potentially disqualifying health conditions.

Customer safety is our top priority! Proper hygiene standards will be followed and PPE will be worn while on-site. If you need clarification or ever have any questions about what the nurse is doing, don’t hesitate to ask.

In addition to customer safety, the safety of our staff is equally important. If at anytime a 716 Mobile IV Nurse or Staff Member feels uncomfortable or unsafe, they reserve the right to deny or terminate treatment for any reasonable concern.

Please Note: Our staff does not carry cash or possess any controlled substances - nor does 716 Mobile IV offer administration of such controlled substances of any kind.

Our service is self pay meaning we do not accept insurance. However, we try and price our services competitively and when considering the specialty services offered, time saved and the comfort of your coming to you instead of waiting in crowded medical office, it’s worth it!
